| Landscape supports the MPS system that can automatically process requests from consumers who do not wish to receive any more direct mail from a particular company. Upon receiving a MPS request, Landscape generates an MPS number to be displayed on the outside envelope or FAX cover sheet. This process requires the consumer to call a toll-free phone number and follow the automated voice guidance and enter the 8-digit number found on the offending piece of direct mail. This service is available 24 hours per day and if completed properly will result in the consumer's name and address being deleted from Landscape's IDB consumer database. |
