Wealthy Class Database
|
According to Merrill Lynch in Japan, the wealthy class of individuals defined as having than $1 million in non property assets, exceeded 1.3 million people in 2003 and is growing at almost 6% per year. This grouping of individuals and their families is now believed to exceed 5 million people and has obviously become an actively pursued target for the full range of marketing efforts from almost every industry sector.
Landscape has created a uniquely segmented and selectable database of “filtered” names and addresses. Previous methods were very manually orientated, cumbersome, and prone to long delays in delivering data orders whereas today’s automated search and selection system permits rapid turn around of most orders from this database. |
| ■ Precise Extraction of Multiple Items |
The Wealthy Class” database has been built by identifying and extracting names and addresses in the IDB consumer database that meet specific criteria within these three categories - Occupation, Resident Status, and Key Attributes. These name and address records are “filtered” out of the 95 million consumers listed in the IDB database.
Many of Landscape’s customers will pass their own customer databases against this newly offered “Wealthy Class” database to help them learn more about the characteristics of their own customers that their own RFM tracking may not be providing. This information may also lead to better targeting of specific offers to designated “high propensity to buy” segments of their own databases.
